As every year in autumn, the calendar is full of fair dates. The WFHSS Congress (World Federation for Hospital Sterilization Sciences) here, the MEDICA there and in between the LLG Sales Convention (Lab Logistics Group).
Special attention was given to the 18th World Sterilization Congress of the WFHSS in 2017, which took place in Germany for the second time, after Berlin in 2000, this time in Bonn. The WFHSS provides a platform for practice for managers and employees of the CSSD, science, technology and industry, where contacts are made, information is exchanged and experiences are gained. In addition to a modern stand with numerous exhibits, such as the new neodisher® system ALPHA and corresponding information brochures, Mr Markus Kamer (Dr. Weigert, Head of Applications Department) and Dr. Matthias Tschoerner (Dr. Weigert, Head of Applications Department/Research and Development/Microbiology) gave several lectures at the 18th World Sterilization Congress.
The MEDICA in Düsseldorf, the world’s largest event for the medical industry, also enjoys an excellent reputation. Professionals from Germany and approximately 130 nations came to inform themselves on the latest developments and news, especially in the field of medical technology or to increase their expertise in numerous forums. Of course, Dr. Weigert was also there and was able to impress partners, customers and interested parties with exciting system solutions regarding reprocessing of medical devices. The heart of the stand was Dr. Weigert’s most modern solution for a simple and safe reprocessing of medical devices: neodisher® system ALPHA. Installed in a small, compact cabinet, this state-of-the-art and safe system was explained and presented to partners, customers and interested visitors. Our exhibition of the neodisher endo® range and our hand disinfectant weigoman and weigoman parfümfrei – together with the test dispenser - also impressed greatly.
Naturally, we at Dr. Weigert are represented at many other fairs and events in order to present our new products and services related to the topic “cleaning and disinfection” to our partners, customers and interested parties. The slogan “Dr. Weigert – Systematic Hygiene” speaks for itself.
