neodisher MediClean Dental Is Exempt from Labelling Requirements

As part of our continuous optimisation process, ingredients were replaced by alternatives without hazardous substances. Consequently, neodisher MediClean Dental is now no longer a hazardous substance.

The formulation still has the same technical application properties and specification data. The product’s suitability for use, reliability and safety remain unchanged. In addition, neodisher MediClean Dental is also recommended as of now for manual cleaning of dental instruments.

As both the cleaning agent type and the application concentration are unchanged, and its performance, safety and reliability have been verified, renewed performance qualification/re-validation due to special circumstances is not required for the process. Metering lines and storage vessels do not have to be rinsed. Previous documents, approvals and recommendations remain valid. Use of neodisher MediClean Dental complies with section 7 of the German Ordinance on Hazardous Substances (Gefahrstoffverordnung), under which a product that is exempt from labelling requirements is to be preferred over a product that is required to be labelled for machine-based processing of dental instruments, given the same or better cleaning performance (more detailed information on substitution in TRGS 600).
