Our Sustainability Report - we report on the DNK

The German Sustainability Code (DNK) is a project of the German Council for Sustainable Development (RNE) and aims to promote sustainable business practices.

As a company, Dr. Weigert shares responsibility for sustainable development. Our sustainability strategy is based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations and is underpinned by the associated sustainability targets. We are committed to the greatest possible openness towards employees, customers and other stakeholders.

We are users of the German Sustainability Code, which means we report on our sustainability performance based on the 20 criteria of the German Sustainability Code.

Dr. Weigert describes its sustainability efforts in the form of the DNK report as a means of transparent sustainability reporting in order to make our activities visible and comparable. In our sustainability report, we also comment on 28 selected performance indicators from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), one of the world's leading frameworks. The sustainability report makes it clear how we are working towards sustainable development and what sustainability goals we have set ourselves for the future.

The Sustainability Code database includes all published Sustainability Code declarations from over 1,000 reporting organizations. Our Sustainability Code report is also published and can be viewed on the Sustainability Code website: www.deutscher-nachhaltigkeitskodex.de/de/bericht/berichte-einsehen/
